If you are looking for a certified personal trainer in the Cleveland area, I would be happy to speak with you.  Over the years, I have spent thousands of hours training people just like you.  I have trained people who have lost over a hundred pounds, people preparing for military bootcamp, men and women preparing for their weddings, and many people facing various physical challenges.  Feel free to contact me and I would be happy to answer any questions your may have about working together.

-  National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)- Certified Personal Trainer

-  National Councel on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)- Certified Personal Trainer

-  Certified in CPR and AED through the American Heart Association

-  Graduate of Bowling Green State University 

-  Senior exercise class instructor for over three years

-  Certified Personal Trainer for over five years

-  Experience conducting thousands of hours of one-on-one training sessions with clients ranging in

    age from 12 to 90

-  Extensive experience training special populations and senior citizens

-  NPC Open National Qualifier at age 17

-  Active in martial arts training for over 15 years
